What equipment/software do I need to participate in the video appointments?

You’ll find need the Microsoft Teams link for your meeting which you’ll find via email. Sometimes these end up in your junk folder so please do have a look there if you have trouble finding it.
When it's time for your call, simply click on the link from your email. You may need to download the MS Teams app if you’re joining from a smartphone or tablet.
Once you’re on the call, please enable your audio and video settings.
