Who is eligible to participate in the programme?

To be eligible for the programme, you must be over 18 and referred by your clinical team at hospital. The programme is open to people at any stage of their journey, whether you have not yet been diagnosed, are newly diagnosed, undergoing treatment, or in recovery. Our goal is to support anyone who can benefit from our support.
