What if I don't have time to fill out my pre-questionnaire before joining the programme?

We understand that you may have a busy schedule with appointments and any related treatment you may be receiving. However, the more information you do give us prior to taking part the more help we are likely to be able to offer. Filling out the questionnaire allows us to get a clear understanding of where we may best be able to support you over the coming months.
